24 Years old

2 years of verifiable driving experience

Current DOT Physical (long form required)

Good MVR (no more than 3 moving violations
in last 3 years)

Clean Accident Record (No major accidents in
last 5 years)

No DUI convictions in a commercial vehicle

No DUI convictions of any kind in the last 7
years

No drug related convictions

No felony convictions

Clean, well groomed appearance
